Rome, May 2013. Italy’s overcrowded prison system has escalated and forces its judicial system into occupying one of the greatest known Roman ruins. Based on models of 3D optical illusions and on-the- ground studies of behaviour change driven by painting lines on the ground, this latterday imaginary prison explores the architecture of incarceration from geometrical extravaganza to psychological shift.
